A lot of people still have the TS disks lying around, but IMHO you cannot go wrong with buying the Matrix version. No more CDs to go with, for a starter.
If your new computer has vista or windows 7, you'll need the Matrix game anyway, the Talonsoft version doesn't work with the new op systems.
Nonetheless, the Matrix version is better and, most importantly, supported.

The new Matrix version is awesome also because it comes with all the documentation and updated patches like Scud said. It is a all in one download. I know where you are coming from because I had all the CD's of the original games but I just got the Matrix one to keep everything updated and in one big download.
Just reinstalled it last night since I wanted some Platoon action
Don't forget to patch it after your install. It's up to v1.04. Note the new extreme assault and variable visibility options, as well as everything else. Look forward to your thoughts after you're up and running.
