I use a proggy called Virtual Drive, by farstone which emulates a cd drive, it burns the image to your hard-drive, and provides a very fast 'cd' access time, therefore no more need for the cd's!! The size is 655mb, haven't tried to burn a vcd file to a cd yet, may not work, but if it does, and you get Virtual Drive, I could maybe burn the cd, and send the virtual 'cd' file?!
