My opponent is responding two or three turns per week. A huge game like this is impossible to play it in these conditions. As if this were not enough he takes a week without playing any turn. Sorry, but this is beyond me, I surrender.

If you ask me 2-3 turns per week isn't quite an abysmal turn-rate. Agreed, it could go faster, but that's the beauty of pbem. Since there is no deadline on the games, i would suggest you reconsider your decision to surrender, especially since the launch of the 4th round in around the corner (about a week).

					No, Raz_Atoth.
When I said that I was surrendering was to say that I was... :-(

By the way, my opponent is nine days without sending any turn.

 Greetings.

The tournament is still very much alive. At this point round 1 is 100% finished, from round 2 only 2 games still remaining.
I planned to lunch stage a week ago, but of course real-life kicked in (lots of work & a nasty cold). As it seems, i will wait for another 2 weeks, hopefully by then the remaining games from round 2 will be over), then i'll announce the start of round 4.

Excellent. Are you planning to make a table showing results/standings?
