Actually it was the Frisbee Mines. Check it out around the 9 minute mark.

Those Blinder Grenades appear at the 11 minute mark.

I sent my (soviet) 19th turn on 24 Sept.2015
I have not received 20th axis turn until now.
At the end of my 19th turn the Total Victory Points were 323 = Axis Major Defeat
