Jutland how to turn into battle line

Maybe I asked this before, ages ago - if so, sorry. But can anyone used to playing Jutland, for example, instruct me how I would manage to get the grand fleet into battle line? Does it have to be juggled manually, with individual squadron orders? Thanks
