For EF III, 1939 and 1940 will have limited battles, I wonder if the scope could extend to 1939-1942, and then EF IV 1943-1945?

Granted 1939-1941 would included Germans, Polish, Russians, Finns, Rumanians, Hungarians and potentially Czechs.
