Hearts and Minds Scenario Issue
Hey Folks
Tried to play bootcamp scenario 4, Hearts and Minds. For me it appears that the boats and civilians are not releasing. Wanted to go for a cruise down the river but no one seems interested ! Took it up to turn 15, boats and civilians remain fixed.
Also, the fuel concept with helicopters is great. Really have to watch the old petrol ! Might be nice to adapt something like this in tank warfare. Some of them big German tanks could really suffer from a shortage of fuel !
