Broken Unit

Hello All, 

The French Laffley S20 TL VDP is broken.  

The action cost to fire is set at 0.  

Needless to say when a unit triggers opp fire it fires non-stop until all units in the target hex retreat or become disrupted. 

If a new unit triggers opp fire the same thing happens again. 

I am playing a scenario that has this unit. It just fired for over 30 minutes before I had to end the game via task manager. 

Can a person knowledgeable in editing unit values fix this for me please?  Give it a fire cost of 35 or 40 please.
