Well I tried and I think something is corrupted. Parachutes open to units. But you cant move them..except one or two. They just locked in place. I'll reinstall the game.

It was a corrupted install. Reinstalled. Works. One point away from a minor victory..when fighting the Japanese in S.B. A DRAW. I'll take it.
