Queston about making my own scenarios

First, edit a unit of the type you want to change.
Make your changes and choose Save.
Then go to Components and choose Update Unit Value. This will update all units of that type with your changes.

However, I am not positive a strength change will flow through to all units of that type - but try it and see.
