Editing Units Release Dates ?

I know this is somewhere in the PzC files, but where I`m lost. I`m trying to edit the release time/dates of some of the fixed SS units around Arnhem in a AI game using the full Campaign Game scenario..02S to see if I can get to a more historical outcome.

I love tinkering with the great older titles for my play VS the AI.

Any idea where those are located in the files ?
