Volcano Mods for Panzer Campaigns

I've been away for a while, and have a new laptop.  I tried to download Ed's packs again, and it took several tries before I was even able to download the zips.  Now, I cannot unzip them, as I get a message about administrator rights being needed.  Is there any info lately on how to open these files?

As Rick says that sounds like a setting in your PC rather than issues with the zip files which many people have opened with no issues.
From the dark corners of my mind I remember something similar when I tried to open zip files on my XP PC, I think I had to right click the folder go to properties and uncheck a particular box which then alowed it to unzip the files, sorry for being vague but it was many years ago.........
