Any Russian player who puts up with the ridiculous standard rariety ratings is a fool. They are so absurdly skewed, pro German, it is laughable. Tigers have +10 rariety at times when there were less than 200 for the entire eastern front, while Russian guns 10 timess as numerous have high rariety numbers.

Insist on rariety off, or ban uber armor entirely. If your German opponent won't accept either condition, get a new opponent.
