Well - they got added for color - I got a book at Christmas time on SS Foreign Divisions and as I recall someone had a website.

Personally I love other colored units - but John isn't a big fan.

Anyway - I am sure there will be those who take hints in everything so I'll muddy the waters by sayng the game I have in front of me now in Developments has no Vichy Troops<G>
