Black Sea patch 1.03 released

For those of you who don't yet know the proper procedure of upgrading the turns:

1) Open the file with your current version (1.01)
2) Replay the action, plot your moves and SAVE the game. DON'T press the 'Go' red button as you'd normally do.
3) Close the game and apply the patch (1.03)
4) Open the file you saved using 1.03
5) Click the Red Button
