Results.
When I initially reinstalled, I down loaded straight from the Matrix site and put in my Serial Number.
This time I DL'd from the Findmyorder store site and it worked! Yeah!
Next question is do I have to install the updates/patches in order?or can I go straight to 1.03? (I'll wait on 1.04 untill I get this all straightened out)
