Does this mean you cant go higher that 33% on Infantry?

You can go as high as you wish, when purchasing infantry. You can go with an all-infantry force if you want, but you can't go with an all-armor force, for example.

For the Axis Assault total 3537pts available ... 884.25pts to 1167.21pts is 25-33%
For the Allied Defense total 2164pts available ... 540.50pts to 713.46pts is 25-33%

 Hope my math is correct

Hunter2 and I are under way as well - setups exchanged at least. Sorry about the delay - I did the math for the 25% points on infantry number for the defending side and then used it for the attacking force selection - good thing I picked my forces and did some basic organization and went to bed to sleep on it. I awoke to realize I had made a mistake so I had to start over with my attacking force selection.
I am all in bounds now (with screen shots to show it if needed). Any way that was my sad story for why I was slower than you might have expected :-)

So when you say "infantry" are we counting towed at guns, on map mortars, and machine guns in there as well?

Good question. I guess MGs and on map mortars can be considered as infantry as they are anti-infantry weapons. AT guns not.
