This last one came through. Go figure.

Thanks for the response.

Jason,

Not sure if it's a game system or scenario issue but I find it rather ridiculous for a scout plane to be able to gain VP hexes.

Watched the replay & saw the plane going around & watched four VP hexes go from me to my opponent as the hexes were unoccupied. Of course I marched infantry over & shot the plane down. That seemed odd as well.

Yea, no, that shouldn't be like that. It will be fixed in the next CS Update.

Thanks for pointing it out.

I'm going to be running an AAR of this scenario when my opponent comes back from vacation.

It will be available on the campaign series Facebook page.

Since John, my opponent, is the stronger player, he will be playing the British.

We are up to about turn 24 in our game & from our comments back & forth, we are both finding the scenario more difficult to gain an edge than either of us envisioned. That's a good thing! From my perspective as the allied player thus far, this scenario seems best the first time you play it, like many others. You see things later that simply were overlooked earlier.

So far the scenario seems very well done & is challenging.

I've been looking at the screen shot. 120 turns! You guys have your work cut out for you. :)

Glad you're enjoying it so far.

I've noticed a couple things during my playtest against John (the one on Facebook). I am playing the Germans and noticed the offmap artillery isn't working, as I expanded the map for the 2015 version.

So far, so good though.

I feel the German artillery is quite powerful as is. Never before in a game have I had units of 5-6 SP's just be wiped out by an artillery hit. Now they are going to have more!!!???

Those are the cruisers that you are feeling, I believe.

I noticed that as well, so may have to tone them down a bit.

Personally, I'd put some English naval power into it sooner. It seems odd not to be there,
