c_Question Mark  Patrolling in MC
Guys,

A couple questions on patrolling for you.

1. Playing D85, I had a unit in travel mode halt movement due to a deception unit. The hex where the movement halted contained a unit marked as "Patrolling". If I understand the feature correctly, this should not be possible. That is, any deception unit within range of this hex should be nullified by the patrolling unit.

2. Manual write-up talks about negating Partisan units deception ability. As far as I know, there are no partisan units in D85, just deception units. A rules lawyer question, I know, but I want to understand how the feature works. Will patrolling units negate any deception unit, or just those marked partisan?

Thanks!
Fury

No, only partisans, and as you indicated there are none in D85

I didn't understand the first question but if you want to set up a test BTL file and send it to me, I can look to see if the behavior is as I would expect given the rules.
