RE: Total War in Europe Series

Turns vary depending on the scenario. I am playing 3 games at the moment. A Stalingrad '42 campaign game as the Russians (3-6 hours to do a turn). A Tunisia '42 campaign (about 20-30 min to do a turn), and a Minsk '44 scenario to teach a friend how to play. (15 min a turn).

When I played the Normandy '44 campaign, the turns (as the germans) would be like 4 hours to start, but by the mid game, I could pop my turn off in 30 min (the front was more or less stable, so not a lot of movement).

Solitaire play...well...when I used to dabble in that, I would do one side a night, to give my brain a chance to 'forget' the other side's counter placement...and time would be similar above.

EDIT: OOPS....I missed that he was talking about Total War in Europe. My Bad.
