Veteran retread in Bootcamp

As I am new to the club I am required to Redo Bootcamp (how embarassing). Someone please be so kind as to help me shead this yoke. :hissy: I have at hand: S41, B44, S42 and F40. A short to medium scn would be appreciated. :cool2:
