Hot History...Iraq - Mitglied Nr.55 - 04-20-2007

Hi all,
I like "HOT topics"...

Following question, or better what is your opinion about the following thought:

- Iraq tragedy can only be globally addressed when both "Bush" and "Blair" have left the political podium.

My argument: non of those who are not currently part of the "coalition of the willing" will support any action, as long as "Bush" and "Blair" are in office. How childish, unfortunate it may sound NO ONE want that either "Bush" or "Blair" states "you see, it was difficult but we succeeded."

To be clear: I'm really refering to any political statement. I state currently NO one wants to help to solve based on the fact:

- They do not want "Bush" or "Blair" could take any politcal -historical- reference to the fact they "rescued IRAQ, and brought peace".
- Most did not agree with the invasion from the beginning - and will not allow they take any positive potential credit from it.

So to see any global support/commitment to end the IRAQ tragedy, we have to wait until "Bush" and "Blair" are history.

I mean with "Bush" and "Blair" their whole entourage.

I'm sorry for closing your thread down, but Political and current events discussions are not acceptable posts at this time. Our previous experiences with these types of discussions went ballistic and we do not wish to endure the folly they bought along again.

On the bright side, There are plenty of other forums on which these types of discussions are welcomed, you might want to open this discussion on those sites instead.

Thanks for understanding.
