RE: Cany get my ME game to advance screens from "Resume sqaved Game." - Scud - 12-06-2015 In case anyone at Matrix and Eric are so inclined, you can open a http://join.me session which would allow a Matrix support person to take control of Eric's computer. Eric would have to grant permissions for viewing and mouse control once the connection is made. It's best when combined with a phone call. It's pretty easy and Eric can watch as you work. The problem: Somehow a West Front .bte file found its way into the Middle East saves folder! The solution: Cut-and-paste the WF .bte file to its proper place. |
