I have updated Kiev with Jisons files and it works fine. The only units that I have not been able to update are the Czech ones as they do not appear in any of Jisons previous mods.

Sorry to be clear, have you tried looking in Jisons PZC mods of Tobruk and Danube Front for the Czech unit counters, I'm sure you will find them.
