I have read much about this mod, so I decided to download it at Jison's URL in this thread. I extracted the files for MapMod over to my John Tiller Software directory for my particular PzC Gold game. The problem is, I subsequently did not see any change in graphics in-game. Am I missing something ?
In that case the files surely ended at the wrong place.
AFAIk they should replace the originals so usually you would be asked if you want to overwrite them, if that didn't happen you likely extracted to the wrong spot.

You need to extract the files to the actual game folder, Beldurax. To extract to your 'John Tiller Software' folder will result in nothing, you need to go one folder deeper - right to the game itself... That should do it.

And dont forget to turn off the 'Hex Outlines' in the 'Settings' menu when in game.  Wink

Thanks, Jison, for this mod. I will take a peek at it when I get some time.
Old villages and towns were better than new ones.

Try mine, a little different, use JSGME. This one is for Smolensk '41 Gold, but have made them for others.
