The fleet movements are going well for now, Verhuell succeeded to move the Dutch SOL and light vessels from Texel to Antwerp.

Also most of French frigates and brigs in Boulogne managed to break out to Antwerp, only two frigates had to turn back to Boulogne but also managed to avoid being intercepted.

Fleets in the Indian Ocean preparing to set sail.

Land War

2 cavalry brigades and 3 infantry regiments being formed, a lot of replacements for existing regiments.

Italy and the Low Countries will both need large permanent forces to guard against expeditionary forces when land war starts and the main armies start their movements.
