After his speech to the Generals about not going to war over
the crisis in Morocco, a small contingent of troops are sent
to show support for a sovereign state free from French rule.
France, decides to encourage local tribesmen to attack the small
force, rather than risk open war between regular troops.DESIGN
NOTE: (This scenario originally didn't have any points assigned,
or a description, other than Rasuli. Failing to find anything
at all about an engagement like this around the time, I decided
to make it a fictional what-if. Mike Amos)

Good scenario, just needs some work with points for VH's. Originally this scenario wasn't finished by the author, no points assigned or description, so I presented it as a what if. Feedback greatly appreciated, please!

Arabs revolt. Germans are surrounded and attempt to hold out for 10 turns.
Resolve then, that on this very ground, with small flags waving and tinny blasts on tiny trumpets, we shall meet the enemy, and not only may he be ours, he may be us. --Walt Kelly
