Most challenging to play: USA [Allied] against Grenada (PRA) [Japanese]. Conditions: Normal. Size: Small.

Background: August 25, 1983. St George's, Grenada.

On the second day of the invasion, a rescue force of 22 US Navy SEALS assaulted the grounds of Government House on the outskirts of St George's to secure the Governor-General and his staff. The small guard of People's Revolutionary Army (PRA) quickly melted away, but soon returned in force to launch a counter-attack. Supported by armored personnel carriers, the SEALs were outgunned and called on air support to help balance the odds. Two USMC AH-1 Cobra gunships were sent to help, but heavy PRA ground fire drove them both off. Emboldened by this, the PRA launched another counter-attack but this time the US response was a C-130 gunship followed by an A-7 attack aircraft, which broke the back of the assault. It was not until the following day, however, that the SEALs were relieved by Marines with armor support.

Yet another scenario where the reinforcements are set to never arrive.

Was pretty easy to work over the Seals and take the VP's by the end of the scenario.
