Scenario Briefing: The Battle of Fleurus long variant - Defeated at Wimpfen in May and Hochst in June, the surviving Anti-Imperialist forces dwindled away as they marched towards the Dutch border, having been hired to assist the Netherlands against a Spanish army besieging Bergen-op-Zoom. A small Spanish army under Cordoba confronted them near Fleurus, attempting to prevent the Anti-Imperialists from crossing into Holland. The Anti-Imperialist cavalry, led by Brunswick, heavily outnumbered the enemy, but Cordoba hoped his veteran infantry would be more than a march for Mansfeld's foot.
Recommended Rules: Default
Note: Best played as the Anti-Imperialist side against the Spanish (Imperialist) A/I or else Head-to-Head.
