We played this scenario as the first leg of the French Campaign. Catholic suffered the loss of over 1000 more men and won due to vp valuation of Hug Cavalry. Hug player must be very, very cautious in utilizing his troops. In real life, battle was a nice win for the Hugs.

interesting scenario,catholic side should make good use of those pike units to stop enemy’s cavalries.
Surrounding and destroying enemy can get you more victory points.
