8 August 1796 - Campaign Situation - Intended to be played Head to Head - After having defeated Charles and Wartensleben at Amberg, Jourdan and the Armée du Sambre et Meuse marched south to link up with Moreau and the Armée de Rhin et Moselle. Between them stands the combined Austrian armies. The Armée de Condé (5,500 men) was added to the scenario for some additional interest. They set up near Eckmühl.
