Scenario length – 14 hours
June 4, 1942 (Hypothetical) In April of 1942, the Japanese decided to send the 5th Carrier Division to the Coral Sea to support landings at Port Moresby before the proposed attack on Midway. This scenario assumes that the IJN decided not to commit the carriers to the Coral Sea. As such, the IJN has all 6 carriers at Midway. However, this would also mean that the USN would have the Lexington available. (Note: This scenario also has Air Group 5 on board the Yorktown, instead of elements of Air Group 3. That change was because of the losses at Coral Sea)
