Scenario Briefing: Variant - Following the Battle of al-Buqaia and his near-death experience, Nur ad-Din, with the help of his vassals, moved his army north of Antioch and laid siege to the fortress town of Harim. Though King Amalric was busy in Egypt, the lords of Tripoli, Antioch, and a contingent force from the Byzantine Empire converged on Harim to relieve the siege.

In this Harim variant, both sides have sent out detachments of cavalry. They are to seek out their enemy and engage if practical. The date is one day earlier than the original battle.
