Scenario Briefing: With the death of Roger of Salerno and his Antiochene army at the Battle of Ager Sanguinis, King Baldwin II of Jerusalem assembled his army and marched north to ensure the city of Antioch did not fall to the Muslims led by II Ghazi's Seljuks. Along the way to Zardana, King Baldwin was informed that Zardana had been captured. He then decided to march to Hab, a Crusader stronghold. With his army on the march, early on the morning of August 14th, 1119, the two opposing forces of II Ghazi and King Baldwin clashed. Fortunately for King Baldwin, II Ghazi's army was divided and only a force of a little over 6,000 could be mustered for the battle against roughly 4,000 Crusaders.
