5 July 1809 (A) - Napoleon has brought his army safely accross the Marchfeld after his brilliant crossing of the Danube. Now his army is poised to assault the Russbach. One of the main goals of the operation was to take the key villiage of Wagram. Through it ran many of the key roads of the area. If the Allies could control the villiage then they would sever the connection that Charles had with Bohemia and the V Corps. Entrusted to carry out this operation was Marshall Bernadotte and his Saxon IX Corps. Can they take and hold the villiage? This Alternate version of the battle has a division of the II Corps at Bernadotte's disposal.
