2 September 1805 - Napoleon's forces land near Canterbury. The goal is to take the main city by the end of the battle to secure a good supply base for the main army. Meanwhile, the British will not be sitting by idly. The French are going to have to make good progress in order to win this fight. Cheswick's brigade holds Folkestone which must be taken in order to land the cavalry and artillery. Intended to be played Head to Head. Note: this is a modified version of one of the campaign scenarios. It includes more forces and a larger map and longer scenario length.

The supply situation for both sides is pretty desperate and may be a weakness.

The landing areas for the French are widely separated, and if you don't connect with them, especially the port landing area, it will become a disaster. Only play after studying the reinforcement entry hexes. Even then, the British have the resources to make it very difficult for the French to connect their landing zones.
