17 October 1805 - Historical - Werneck's Column was attempting to escape from the trap at Ulm. His forces successfully reached Herbrechtingen but Murat's troopers were on his heels. Giving them no chance to rest for the night they launched a quick assault which was defeated only with great effort. The result was that Wernack's forces had to continue the retreat throughout the rest of the evening. They would later capitulate near Neresheim (less some cavalry that escaped to join Archduke Ferdinand). Can you hold off the French forces? Intended to be played Head to Head.
