September 7, 1776 - 2:00 pm. Clear Weather. The opposing sides sail out for a bit of a naval skirmish. ***NOTE*** Ships lost will not score victory points. Only capturing the flags at various points along the shoreline will. Capturing these flags will represent bombarding some locality inland. Once a ship hits Max Fatigue it may rout, if it does it will rally in a 'limbered' state, there is no way to 'unlimber' a ship, so effectively it is out of play. This scenario is just for grins and giggles.
