Badajoz 31st January 1811 - This 18 turn scenario is designed for a French player against the Spanish A/I and starts immediately after the construction of the first parallel and prior to the initial Spanish sortie. The French siege of the Spanish-held fortress commenced January 1811 and Gazan's division will not arrive until 3rd February, so the size of the besieging force is not much stronger than the Spanish garrison.
