Halpenny Force, the steel fist of 4th. Canadian Armoured Division, consisting of Shermans of the Canadian Grenadier Guards and the Lake Superior (Motor) Regt., accompanied by an AT Battery and a squadron of Engineers were all under the command of Lt.Col. W.W. Halpenny. They were to spearhead the Division's advance by "dashing" through the narrow gap (3-500 yards) between the Caen-Falaise highway and railway, bypass 3 villages and exploit to the South. It was an extremely narrow divisional front and...bypassing German held villages in daytime was a much over-rated pastime. Best played against a human opponent, but can be played against the AI, best as Allies. Forces have been reduced to allow fast action. A tip when playing Allies rotate map to advance up the screen.

A good challenging game but due to the OOB's involved it needs to be played blind

A overwhelming force of Shermans and mobile infantry swarm over lightly defended German defenses that are easy to surround and capture....even playing this blind proved easy........
