A great map, with fun OOBs on both sides. Very entertaining scenario.

However, the victory conditions make this battle unwinnable as the Germans. The Germans need 872 VPs to avoid a Major Loss and to achieve a Minor Loss. But there are only 800 VPs in objective hexes. The Brit player can simply exit all of his units off the map on turn 1 and guarantee a Major Victory.

Also, the game is only 12 turns long. This forces the German player to be reckless if he is to occupy the VP objective hexes. The map is so complicated (German forced into two choke points) and the units are so lethal that the German player cannot avoid unacceptable losses in order to advance.

The fix that might make this scenario a fair fight would be to either double the value of the VP objective hexes, on the one hand, or significantly lower the German victory levels, on the other hand. Also, the game duration needs to be lengthened to 18 or 20 turns in order to give the Germans a chance to survive the map.
