The Last Offensive [Altered] - The Matrix Games version of East Front II

I took an original TalonSoft's scenatio called; "The Last Offensive" and altered it's OBs point values. My gola is to balance it for Human to Human play by e-mail. No other settings were changed. File name was changed to; [BB_Reetz.scn] "BB" stands for better balanced or being balanced. I intend to alow those that are interested to download this scenario and playtested for me. I plan to put out a second version if necessary depending on play testing results.
