Schkloff, 20km North of Mogilev: [Best Played vs Human]: By early evening of July 10th, 1941 the assault battalions of 10. Panzer Division had succeeded in establishing a bridgehead over the Dnepr river in the area of Schloff. To help bolster the defense elements of the Infantry Regiment GrossDeutschland was put into the bridgehead while the engineers worked on constructing bridges for the panzers to advance towards Gorki during the night. GrossDeutschland was given the task of clearing the east bank of the Dnepr to the south and seize the village of Garodez and woods to the south of it. The Russians on the other hand used their forces to the fullest potential harassed the crossing point with artillery and air attacks. Defending the area were elements of the 53rd Infantry Division and officers of a local officer training school. These officers, otherwise known as "Stalins Scholars", fought fanatically against the GrossDeutschland giving them a taste of the fighting to come as GrossDeutschland moves further into Russia. As Soviet player, horde your horde of infantry and sweep right to left. Don't attack the left side of the map.

The victory conditions for the Allied player make no sense.

All the fixed Germans that don't unfix are a real pain. On top of that they are fixed in a manner that blocks the transit across the river. So indirect by enemy into town may result in them releasing, but they don't play.
It may be historically correct, but it's a pain. At least don't fix them to block the main bridge.
Also it appears there is a problem with the victory conditions.
A minor defeat is less points than a major defeat. That's a bad error...
