Vilnyus, Lithuania, 160km NW of Minsk: [Best played as Axis or against Human opponent] In the summer of 1944, as the Soviet BelyRus armies advanced westward, remnants of the retreating German forces found themselves trapped in and around Vilnius. While a small group of tired but combat-ready troops prepared to stand fast, probably in vain, to the west of the city, stragglers, remnants and other assorted rag-tag units remained inside the city as the Russian noose began to tighten. For some reason the German High Command now decided that it would be "A Good Thing" to rescue these men by sending in a flying column, complete with some Panther tanks and lots of trucks (which they usually could not, and would not, spare), load the survivors on board, and beat a hasty retreat before half of Mother Russia, in the form of the 3rd Guards Mechanized Corps and the 3rd Guards Tank Corps, descended upon them.

Typical fight in late war. German Panthers versus Russian heavy armor. Russian player may have a chance to blow the three bridges IF he acts quickly. That will stop the German armor from relieving Vilnius. However, that doesn't stop the engineers from building footbridges and the putting the German infantry across. German relief column is very powerful so if the Russian doesn't reduce Vilnius very quickly or skip it for later he will be in trouble as he'll need all his armor to stop the German relief force.
Stryker
Blowing the bridges no longer helps the Russian as Engineers can now repair them for infantry.
