This is another fictional scenario based on the 'SS - Wotan' series of novels in this case the second book, 'Deaths Head'. SS Assault Battalion 'Wotan' has been ordered to advance on Rostov via the Crimean peninsula as the spearhead of Mansteins army. The main elements of the 11th Soviet motorized division are holding Preobrazhenka and Parpach the initial objectives of the SS assault battalions drive through the Crimea. Sergeant Schulze thinks that this one is a real 'Ascension Day Kommando' !
