Hello Gentlemen:

NOTE UPDATED 2024 Please download the files here.

Here is a hypothetical I've wanted to model for some time.

The Western Allies sue for peace with Germany. Germany is left with Europe under it's boot. Russia soldiers on, as they will fight to the death.

It's 1946 and the Russians are finally knocking on the gates of Berlin. Berlin must fall. Guards Armies have assembled. Can you take Berlin? It won't be an easy task...

Regards,

Dan

German player has too many fixed units that can't react to the advance of the Russian horde. The Russians simply swarm a fixed unit, even the Maus super heavies and annihilate them.

I played the Russian side in the game with Greywolf. He ended it too early, Since we only played 6 turns in a 72 turn game. That is no way to give a fair assessment of our game. In my opinion, completing this game is the only way to really make a comment.
We ended and we were only on the outskirts of Berlin. The real battle takes place inside the city where it is a battle of attrition. And the Germans deal the Russians a hurting.

I would not let the valuation given deter you from trying it. This scenario needs a completed game to give a fair comment.

Thank you Zap for your kind words.
I would say to GreyWulf, if you don't like the scenario, I understand, but please remove the 1.0 rating you gave it.

Dan

Hello Mr. GreyWulf:

I respect your comments on my scenario. I would like for you to take the Russian horde, and I will play the Germans. I think you will find I will give you a good game. It's a close scenario, and you should give it a chance.

If you want to play let me know...and my highest regards...and please take down that 1.0 review if you don't mind.

Redid the whole enchilada.
If you like it's fun to play versus the AI.
It is also now suitable for play human to human, which are the mods I made.
I think you'll enjoy it, take a look.

I would like to congratulate greywulf for personally destroying the rating for this scenario.
I would also like to compliment him on his communication skills, since he hasn't seen fit to contact me 7 years.

Someone please remove the 1 rating?

Regards,

Old Man Dan
