Description: The Romanians have seized the city of Ruse on the Bulgarian bank of the Danube. Ostensibly this is to protect the Romanians living there but the Turks fear that this is to seize a bridgehead as a prelude to further interference in the war. To eliminate the threat posed by this bridgehead the Turks order an assault to seize it and throw the Romanians back across the Danube.*
