As usual, better trained troops win. It seems to me that elite and highly trained troops are not expensive enough - or poorly trained not cheap enough.

Custom scenario and unit selection; blue on blue so both opponents using same unit pool. One side was tank heavy, other side was infantry heavy. 20% artillery option, was too much; inhibited movement; should have been 10%;
