Intended for Solo Play as Allies vs. AI

Scenario Briefing: By early April the Allies had made steady progress towards capturing Baguio but the terrain, mixed with some poor weather, had slowed the attack down to a slow grind. Only by mid April was the writing on the wall: the end was near.

The Japanese, by this time, had become disorganized and supply was almost non-existent. General Yamashita realized that Baguio would fall and so was already issuing orders for the soldiers to retreat to the northeast and the relative safety of the natural redoubt where he had planned to make his last stand.

The actual capture of Baquio did not occur until April 27th. This scenario challenges the Allied player to capture the town seven days sooner.

Note: the 100 VP location just north of Baguio expires on turn 24.
