Never seemed to be able to move the Soviets with any type of alacrity
Russian have to advance in mud with low morale and mobilty.
This variant scenario introduces more armor and mobile units for both the German and Russian OOBs. It makes the scenario "less an infantry slog." However, because of the mud / soft conditions and overall poor road networks, don't expect "blitz-like" maneuvers. It's a long way to Korosten for the armor reserves, especially for the Russian forces. A moderate improvement over the standard scenario.
